The 2024 Woodland Holiday Parade was a success!

Yolo Food Bank was proud to once again join this community tradition of marching down Main Street, Woodland! With our dedicated staff as "reindeer" and our volunteers "Making Spirits Bright" by delivering mandarins ...(provided by Longview Ranch) to spectators, it was incredible to see so many smiling faces and feel the warmth of Woodland’s holiday spirit. 🌟

Thank you to everyone who came out to cheer us on and support our mission. And thank you to Woodland Chamber of Commerce, CA and the City of Woodland for putting on such a great parade. This season is a reminder that together, we can ensure every community in Yolo County has a fuller table and a brighter holiday.💚

Our friends at Blue Note Brewing Company and the Woodland Woodchuckers Running Club generously donated over 1,200 pounds of food and more than $700 to Yolo Food Bank from their annual Turkey Trot at Thanksgiving. It was a fantastic event for everyone who joined in! 🏃
